This choir has the purpose of promoting a "generation" music, music found at the border between the classical concept of choir and modern style. The choir is formed out of 35 young chorus singers and they are conducted by the enthusiasm and creativity specific to their age. Their desire is to make the Romanian choral art go forward, beyond generations and transient fashion. Their ambition is to show that even this young generation is capable of notable performances in this controversial field of the world choral music. "Accoustic" Chamber Choir is therefore a dream of a young chorus singers, generation that created a good impression over its auditorium since its first appearance on the stage, not only with the accuracy and the personal manner of the artistic act but also with the power that reaches the auditorium souls. The choir is keeping a high vocal standard and a rich and interesting repertoire: from renaissance music (both religious and profane) through symphonic, up to modern and contemporary music, folklore, madrigals, theatre music, negro-spirituals, pop-jazz "a cappella" etc. The choir preferred to focus on Romanian liturgical music (Byzantine or choral) and folklore and so to learn and promote the Romanian authentic values, values that never left "de facto" the big family of the European culture.
